House in Trabalhias

The land consists of a slope sufficient to organize the house on the ground floor and basement.
Due to the layout of the land, the new house is implanted and organized in an “L” shape along the land so as not to interfere with the confrontations of the land. The main entrance is next to the public road, in order to facilitate access to the house. The proposed layout for this house was also designed to enhance the view that the land has. The Villa “embraces” the underlying garden equipped with green areas, swimming pool and outdoor shower.

It is a 3 bedroom villa, consisting of basement and ground floor, with flat roof.
The spaces correspond to the life model associated with the occupation of the house, which is intended as a first residence where health, well-being and conviviality are organized in a linear and interior layout.

The basement consists of:
Garage with space for 4 vehicles
Technical storage, where all equipment is installed
Spacious laundry.

The ground floor comprises:
Kitchen with an island for preparing food and for quick meals. Around it is the work area and the built-in appliances needed for a kitchen.
Dining room close to the kitchen, creating a symbiosis between preparation and meal
Living room with a privileged view of the pool.
Social sanitary facility that serves the entire public area.
Two bedrooms served with a shared bathroom
One suite with dressing room and private bathroom.

Access to the house is via the street adjoining the land, which allows pedestrian access and access by car to access the garage.

The integration in the landscape is made through a strong relationship between the volumetry of the house with the slope of the existing land, the solar orientation and the system of views. In fact, due to its position and location, the proposed house allows an easy relationship between the interior and the exterior, offering several points of connection with the land.
