The main entrance is next to the public road, in order to facilitate access to the house. The proposed layout for this house was also designed to enhance the view that the land has. The Villa “embraces” the underlying garden equipped with green areas, swimming pool and outdoor shower.\r\n\r\nIt is a 3 bedroom villa, consisting of basement and ground floor, with flat roof.\r\nThe spaces correspond to the life model associated with the occupation of the house, which is intended as a first residence where health, well-being and conviviality are organized in a linear and interior layout.\r\n\r\nThe basement consists of:\r\nGarage with space for 4 vehicles\r\nTechnical storage, where all equipment is installed\r\nSpacious laundry.\r\n\r\nThe ground floor comprises:\r\nKitchen with an island for preparing food and for quick meals. Around it is the work area and the built-in appliances needed for a kitchen.\r\nDining room close to the kitchen, creating a symbiosis between preparation and meal\r\nLiving room with a privileged view of the pool.\r\nSocial sanitary facility that serves the entire public area.\r\nTwo bedrooms served with a shared bathroom\r\nOne suite with dressing room and private bathroom.\r\nInterior stairs that connect the ground floor to the basement\r\n\r\nAccess to the house is via the street adjoining the land, which allows pedestrian access and access by car to access the garage.\r\n\r\nThe integration in the landscape is made through a strong relationship between the volumetry of the house with the slope of the existing land, the solar orientation and the system of views.
